End User License Agreement
License terms for the AutonomLayer macOS application and related downloadable software.
Agreement
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between you and AutonomLayer for the AutonomLayer macOS application and updates we provide (“Software”). Installing or using the Software means you accept this EULA.
License grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on Mac computers you own or control, solely for personal or internal business purposes and in accordance with your subscription plan.
Updates
We may deliver updates automatically or require updates for security or compatibility. The Software may check for updates on launch and report version, build, and device identifiers to our servers. Required updates may block use of older versions.
Restrictions
You may not sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or redistribute the Software except as expressly allowed. You may not modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the Software except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
Open source
The Software may include third-party open-source components subject to their own licenses. Those licenses govern the relevant components.
Data and privacy
Use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Software interacts with IDEs on your Mac (such as Cursor or VS Code) using automation and vision templates you or we configure.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SOFTWARE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED AS DESCRIBED IN THE TERMS OF SERVICE.
Termination
This license ends if you violate this EULA or if your account is terminated. Upon termination you must stop using and uninstall the Software.
