Terms of Service

Version 1.1 · Effective June 23, 2026 · Last updated June 23, 2026

Terms governing access to AutonomLayer websites, APIs, macOS software, and subscription services.

Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and AutonomLayer. By creating an account, downloading the macOS app, or using our services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our EULA for software.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.

Accounts and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Stripe according to the pricing shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled according to our billing policy and applicable law. We may change pricing with notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.

Acceptable use

You may not use AutonomLayer to violate law, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, abuse rate limits, reverse engineer the service except where permitted by law, or use the product to generate harmful or illegal content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Your content and missions

You retain ownership of code and content in your repositories. You grant us a limited license to process mission prompts and related metadata solely to provide the service. You are responsible for backups, review of AI-generated changes, and compliance with licenses in your projects.

Intellectual property

AutonomLayer software, branding, documentation, and website content are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant ownership of our IP except for the limited rights expressly provided.

Disclaimers

AutonomLayer is provided “as is”. AI-generated output may be incorrect, incomplete, or insecure. You are responsible for reviewing changes before merging or deploying. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutonomLayer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $100 if you use a free plan.

Termination

You may stop using AutonomLayer at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or operational reasons with notice where practicable.

Changes

We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
